What you’ll do
Build the external brand of Linktree’s paid products
- Evolve the positioning and messaging for Linktree’s subscription products, add-ons, and paid features across user segments and verticals, grounded in user research, behavioral data, and revenue insights.
- Bring clarity to what’s paid, what’s included, and why it’s worth it through thoughtful storytelling across pricing pages, in-product surfaces, CRM, and marketing channels.
- Build an “always-on” marketing strategy that feels consistent, intentional, and aligned with Linktree’s brand.
Shape monetization strategy with growth and product teams
- Build target user personas to shape how we build pricing, packaging and bundling.
- Establish internal decision frameworks for add-on and emerging products alongside product, growth and revenue teams.
- Act as a creative and strategic partner to the growth product manager, helping translate pricing and monetization strategy into user-facing narratives.
- Collaborate with product teams to shape how new features are introduced, framed, and understood within subscriptions or add-ons.
Own in-product subscription and upsell storytelling
- Partner with product and data teams to identify target segments, use cases, and upgrade moments that drive conversion.
- Craft the language and framing of upsell moments to feel helpful, timely, and on-brand.
- Work with CRM, growth marketing, and paid teams to ensure upsell targeting and messaging is cohesive across channels.
Revenue launches and campaigns
- Lead the product marketing narrative for revenue-driving moments like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and New Year campaigns.
- Define the audience story, value proposition, and creative direction across channels.
- Partner with paid, social, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns feel intentional and well-positioned.
Partner monetization storytelling
- Help articulate the value of Linktree’s audience and ecosystem to partners and brands.
- Support internal sales and product teams with clear, compelling narratives for partner-led revenue opportunities.
- Ensure partner offerings are positioned clearly within the broader paid ecosystem.
Cross-functional clarity and consistency
- Be a steward of clarity across the paid product ecosystem, reducing confusion and fragmentation.
- Ensure consistent messaging across migrations, localization efforts, and global launches.
- Help internal teams align on the “why” behind paid decisions, even when execution lives cross functionally across the company.
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, ideally with consumer subscription or SaaS products.
