About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Leadership: Lead global social media channels for B2B audiences, targeting large and medium AI companies. Develop and execute strategies across platforms to foster engagement, drive thought leadership, and convert interactions into subscriptions.
- Brand Awareness and GTM Strategies: Build global brand awareness in key markets through targeted campaigns, audience research, and persona development. Translate insights into differentiated messaging highlighting Brave Search API’s value for AI tools.
- User Journey Optimization: Own website and user journey from first visit to subscription, including SEO, content optimization, and conversion improvements to maximize inbound leads and revenue.
- Content and Copywriting: Create compelling content including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate on product messaging for technical decision-makers.
- Executive Advisory: Advise executives on growing social media profiles, thought leadership, and personal branding alignment.
- Cross-Functional Support: Drive presentations, events, outreach, and campaigns. Collaborate with developer outreach, sales, and product teams for funnels and sales enablement.
- Analytics and Optimization: Establish KPIs, track performance with tools like Google Analytics, and optimize based on data, trends, and A/B testing.
- Team and Vendor Management: Hire and manage freelancers (e.g., designers, copywriters) in a remote environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or API sectors.
- Proven track record in social media strategy, content marketing, and driving inbound leads to revenue.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with experience in persona development and audience-focused messaging.
- Hands-on, motivated mindset; comfortable in fast-paced, remote settings.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO platforms) and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing to AI developers, technical audiences, or high-value enterprise clients ($100K+ ARR).
- Background in growth marketing, events planning, and developer community engagement.
