Product Marketing Manager
Develops core messaging, owns product launches, creates sales enablement materials, and produces thought leadership content for an AI-powered sales engagement platform. Requires 4-8 years B2B SaaS product marketing experience with strong writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What You’ll Do
Storytelling
- Develop and continuously sharpen Nooks' core messaging and positioning that are grounded in customer conversations, the competitive market, and our product's true differentiation
- Build and validate messaging through direct customer calls with VP-level buyers; synthesize insights into frameworks the whole team can use
- Ensure consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint: website, sales deck, outbound sequences, product announcements
Drive Product Launches
- Own product launches end-to-end. From defining the audience and go-to-market strategy to producing launch assets and enabling the field
- Partner with Product and Engineering to understand what's being built and why it matters, then translate that into compelling market narratives
- Develop launch assets including one-pagers, web-site landing pages, solution briefs, email campaigns, blog posts, and demo scripts
Enable the Sales Team
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and talk tracks
- Run regular sessions with sales to align on messaging, gather frontline feedback, and iterate quickly
- Be the person sales turns to when they need clarity, context, or a sharper story
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Track competitors and translate their moves into actionable guidance for the team
- Conduct win/loss analysis and customer interviews to identify where Nooks' story is resonating - and where it needs to evolve
Produce Thought Leadership
- Create content that establishes Nooks as a credible, forward-thinking voice in the AI sales category
- Write for multiple formats and audiences: blog posts, LinkedIn content, webinar narratives, customer stories
What You Bring
- 4–8 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with a technical product that ships products & features at a fast pace
- You've owned launches from strategy and messaging to assets and enablement and can speak to what worked and what didn't
- Exceptional writing skills: you can produce clean, compelling copy across formats without heavy editing
- Technical curiosity: you learn how products work by using them, and you can explain complex capabilities simply and accurately
- Customer empathy: you're comfortable running calls with VP-level buyers and you know how to turn a conversation into a positioning insight
- A bias for action: you operate well in ambiguity, create your own structure, and ship rather than deliberate
- Cross-functional instincts: you know how to work with product, sales, and engineering to get alignment without slowing everything down
- You've worked at a company that moves fast - shipping product frequently, iterating on messaging quarterly, and treating PMM as a strategic function
- Experience at an AI-native or AI-first B2B company, bonus points for familiarity with the sales engagement category
- A portfolio of content samples or launch case studies you're proud of
