About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to positioning and messaging across all channels (website, product communications, sales materials, campaigns, customer lifecycle).
  • Lead and support cross-functional product launches end-to-end with Product and Sales.
  • Build cross-sell and lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, engagement, expansion) using customer insights and metrics.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with pitch frameworks, talk tracks, battlecards, and proof points.
  • Create content: decks, one-pagers, customer stories, product walkthroughs, webinars.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience, including at least 2 years in fintech (B2B SaaS or payments a plus).
  • Experience supporting new product launches in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong instincts for messaging using customer insights.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing (onboarding, expansion, retention).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Strong storytelling and comfort with data for value narratives and metrics.

Compensation

Salary range: $110,000–$140,000 annually Equity: commensurate with level Benefits: Medical, dental, vision; unlimited PTO; paid parental leave; $400 accessories allowance; free lunch Fridays
