About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer personas, and key financial and operational pain points in partnership with Product, Sales, and leadership.
  • Develop core product narrative, value proposition, and differentiation strategy.
  • Create sales enablement materials including product one-pagers, solution briefs, messaging frameworks, and competitive insights.
  • Develop narratives and visuals explaining how Midstream’s platform and AI agents operate within financial and operational workflows.
  • Support product launches with clear messaging, sales readiness, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

  • Translate complex technology into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Experience building positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for B2B software products in partnership with Product and Sales.
  • Comfortable explaining platforms involving AI, automation, or complex workflows.
  • Hands-on ability to produce high-quality materials while shaping go-to-market narrative.
