About the role
What you'll be doing
- Owning products and features from beginning to end. Originating ideas, talking to users, testing MVPs, iterating on feedback, owning pricing, and ensuring success.
- Collaborating with design (when necessary). Ship basic UX using our design system; decide when to collaborate for polish.
- Talking to users. Read feedback, iterate quickly, build relationships for idea bouncing.
- Doing support. Weekly 'Support hero' rotation to resolve customer issues; some on-call time.
- Writing docs. Document features you build, with content team support.
Requirements
- Full-stack experience with relevant technologies – e.g. Python or similar, React or similar, big data bonus.
- Experience taking a project from 0 to 1 (led project, founder, impressive side project).
- Strong writing skills for documentation and communication.
Nice to have
- Worked at high-growth SaaS company.
- Extensive knowledge of Django and/or TypeScript-based React.
- Experience building AI-native products or integrating AI.
