About the role
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, engaging experiences that help global audiences discover, explore, and connect with films and series — from title pages and browsing to viewer insights and promotional moments.
- Translate user needs into exciting, intuitive designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Design and ship end-to-end features in partnership with PMs and engineers.
- Balance qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and improve UX.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to validate design decisions.
- Help evolve and maintain a scalable design system.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products, preferably in media, streaming, or creator platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work and problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in user-centered design processes and usability best practices.
- Confidence using Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with data-informed design decisions, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment: adaptable, curious, proactive.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing for media/entertainment platforms (TVOD, AVOD, SVOD).
- Detailed portfolio highlighting work process from exploratory stages through execution.
- Motion or interaction design skills.
- Prior work in global consumer products.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing competing needs (consumer, producer, platform).
