Partner Marketing & Growth Manager
Define and execute partner marketing strategy including campaigns, deal structures, and growth programs to drive advisor bookings. Own full motion from strategy to execution for partner promotions at a travel tech platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Fora's partner marketing framework: campaigns, co-marketing programs, seasonal promotions, and partner communications.
- Design deal processes, structures and promotional mechanics that drive measurable advisor booking behavior.
- Develop the materials and packaging that enable our account management team to sell partner programs effectively.
- Build a feedback loop on existing partner promotions or offers — tracking performance, identifying what's working, and iterating.
- Develop case studies and proof points that support partner growth conversations.
- Identify and develop new partner growth opportunities across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in partner marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing at a marketplace, travel platform, or premium consumer brand
- Experience building marketing programs that drive commercial outcomes — you measure success in revenue and adoption, not impressions
- Ability to own both strategy and execution — you write the brief and ship the campaign
- Strong understanding of how advisor or distribution channels work; travel industry experience a strong plus
- Sharp communicator comfortable presenting to senior external stakeholders
- Self-directed and energized by building in an environment where the playbook doesn't exist yet
