About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own workplace operations end to end: facilities, AV, supplies, vendors, insurance, office events, offsites, travel, and workplace budget across locations
  • Lead moves, buildouts, and space planning as the company grows; partner closely with IT and security
  • Own the employee experience across the lifecycle: onboarding, day-to-day people-operations admin (HRIS, benefits coordination, policies, compliance), and offboarding
  • Support managers across the team and hire, mentor, and manage a small team as the function scales

Requirements

  • 6+ years of workplace, office, or people operations experience, ideally at a fast-growing company
  • Track record of owning office or workplace operations across one or more locations (facilities, vendors, events, space planning, and budgets)
  • Experience with people operations, including onboarding, the employee lifecycle, and day-to-day admin
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, or managing a small team
  • Hands-on operator who has helped a company scale and brings structure to ambiguity
  • Able to work onsite five days a week at Sunnyvale HQ
