Operations Manager
Own the operational backbone of Coram AI: workplace operations (facilities, vendors, events, space planning) and people operations (onboarding, HRIS, compliance) across multiple locations. Hands-on role requiring 6+ years experience and onsite work at Sunnyvale HQ.
Responsibilities
- Own workplace operations end to end: facilities, AV, supplies, vendors, insurance, office events, offsites, travel, and workplace budget across locations
- Lead moves, buildouts, and space planning as the company grows; partner closely with IT and security
- Own the employee experience across the lifecycle: onboarding, day-to-day people-operations admin (HRIS, benefits coordination, policies, compliance), and offboarding
- Support managers across the team and hire, mentor, and manage a small team as the function scales
Requirements
- 6+ years of workplace, office, or people operations experience, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Track record of owning office or workplace operations across one or more locations (facilities, vendors, events, space planning, and budgets)
- Experience with people operations, including onboarding, the employee lifecycle, and day-to-day admin
- Experience hiring, mentoring, or managing a small team
- Hands-on operator who has helped a company scale and brings structure to ambiguity
- Able to work onsite five days a week at Sunnyvale HQ
