Norm Law Senior Associate - Corporate Transactions
Supports high-impact corporate transactions using AI agents for drafting, due diligence, review, and execution of securities offerings and governance documents. Requires JD, bar admission, and 5-7 years in VC/PE capital markets transactions.
Responsibilities
- Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
- Due Diligence: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
- Deal Execution: Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
- Client Advisory: Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
- Collaboration with Tech: Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI.
Skills & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5-7 years of experience in venture capital and private equity capital markets transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
- No prior AI or technical experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $175,000 - $225,000 per year plus equity.
