About the role

What you’ll do

  • Full sales cycle: handle prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Become an expert in CPG: act as thought partner to show how Confido improves workflows.
  • Be present with customers: work from New York office in Chelsea and travel regularly across US to conferences, events, and customer sites.

What we're looking for

Our ideal hire will have:

  • Demonstrated sales excellence: 4+ years in B2B sales with track record of high achievement and quota attainment.
  • Enterprise Selling Experience: Experience closing $50k+ deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical sales experience: Experience selling technically complex products in vertical SAAS, developer tools, or Fintech.

What you can expect

  • $250k to $280k OTE + .1% to .25% Equity.
  • $125k - $140k base + 15% bonus on all closed deals + 10% accelerator once you hit quota.
  • 2 quarter ramp with 75% draw first quarter, 30% second quarter.
  • Fully paid healthcare.
  • Based full time in NYC office with regular travel.
