Responsibilities
- Own commercial contracting side-by-side with Chief Revenue Officer, sales team, and GTM functions
- Advise executive team on translating complex legal risk into business trade-offs
- Design commercial playbooks to streamline contracting and accelerate GTM velocity
- Architect first-of-a-kind templates for environmental commodity market
- Develop risk and compliance framework with Head of Finance for enterprise partnerships
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in law, with 3+ years in commercial contracting
- Operator energized by deal mechanics and fast-paced environment
- High-agency individual who takes ownership and builds with confidence
- Meticulous executor valuing accuracy, reliability, and repeatability
- Excellent communicator translating between GTM and legal functions
- Professional experience in software, advisory, or financial services industry
