Head of Demand Generation
Build and scale demand generation programs for B2B enterprise SaaS, owning full-cycle campaigns across paid channels, SEO, ABM, and analytics. Requires SaaS demand gen experience and technical fluency for R&D audiences.
Responsibilities
- Full autonomy to build a scalable, data-driven customer acquisition machine from the ground up.
- Full-Cycle Campaign Ownership: Design and execute the entire lead lifecycle—from initial ad creative and SEM strategy to automated nurturing sequences and sales handoff.
- Budget & ROI Accountability: Allocate spend across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing and industry publications.
- SEO & AEO: Work to improve our website's positioning in search and answer engine rankings.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate enterprise R&D organizations in chemicals, materials science, and CPG.
- Data Analysis & Attribution: Build the dashboards that track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS Experience: B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing, specifically in demand gen or growth roles. Experience in an early-stage environment is highly preferred.
- Technical or Scientific Fluency: Ability to speak the language of R&D directors and IT stakeholders. You must be unafraid to explain why a centralized data schema matters to a scientist.
