About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of OnePay's embedded finance partnerships.
  • Help drive the acquisition of net new partnerships by bringing a product forward strategy to commercial discussions and GTM motions / sales cycles.
  • Be accountable for the success of large partnerships where OnePay has made commitments across product, etc.
  • Be at the tip of the spear when it comes to bringing all of OnePay to bear in making key partnerships successful.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance, with a focus on partnerships, business development, or channel strategy.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive distribution and revenue growth.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver complex, partner-led solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and deal structures.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech and embedded finance landscape, including market trends and regulatory considerations.
  • Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor.
  • Experience being ACCOUNTABLE for the success of large investments and / or resource commitments.
  • Product forward mindset and deep product and technical knowledge.
