About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and improve the internal systems behind the growth function
- Turn separate tools and channels into one cohesive, scalable operating system for growth
- Build out localization efforts across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM as the company expands globally
- Work cross-functionally with growth, marketing, design, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems, outbound tools, paid ads, and SEO/GEO workflows
- Experience automating workflows through tools like Zapier or via Claude and other AI tools
- Strong technical fluency, including comfort with SQL, analytics, automation, and systems thinking
- Builder mindset with practical, adaptable approach to creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Relentlessly curious with strong communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building GTM systems in a revops, salesops, or early growth role
- Broader marketing fluency alongside strong systems-building instincts
