  • Own end-to-end project and program management for CEO Office initiatives, tracking owners, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously while ensuring progress, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

  • Bring a company-builder mindset — proactively improving workflows, processes, and execution across the organization.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office as business needs — including logistics, scheduling, administrative coordination, and process management — designing, documenting, and managing end-to-end to ensure smooth execution across all initiatives.
  • Build frameworks, operating rhythms, and accountability structures that scale the CEO Office and Executive Team’s impact.
