Frontend Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize React-based micro front-ends, ensuring they are accessible, intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly across different devices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to maintain state-of-the-art GraphQL infrastructure.
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build and iterate on platform features and ensure alignment on user needs and technical feasibility.
• Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Manage build and deployment pipelines using NX and CircleCI to streamline continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Deep understanding of (or interest in) GraphQL for data fetching, integrating with back-end systems, and optimizing queries.
• Ability to implement accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly designs, working closely with design teams to create responsive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Proficiency in implementing unit tests and integration tests (using tools like Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library).
• Experience managing build and deployment pipelines.
• Solid experience with Git for version control and collaboration through platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, building scalable frontend architectures and frameworks.
• Leverages AI development tools across the entire lifecycle (from design to testing) to accelerate full-stack feature delivery.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with NX and CircleCI.
