Responsibilities
Content
- Create content that supports our company and brand narrative across channels
- Develop thought leadership, long-form pieces, and customer stories that position Office Hours as the category-defining expert network
- Generate qualified inbound leads from startups, funds, and enterprises through repeatable marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain nurture sequences: newsletters, campaigns, and ongoing touch points with key enterprise customers
- Build and maintain nurture sequences that move prospects through the funnel and keep our solution top of mind
Brand Building & Demand Generation
- Help position Office Hours as a go-to name in the expert network space across AI labs, enterprises, and top experts in medicine, technology, and science
- Create content and campaigns that build trust with elite experts: clinicians, scientists, operators, founders
- Support inbound lead generation from startups, funds, and enterprises through marketing campaigns
- Grow our presence on LinkedIn, X, industry publications, and podcasts by telling our story, spotlighting customers, and featuring our experts
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content, consulting or another marketing or operator role
- A scrappy operator mindset: comfortable owning strategy and execution, juggling multiple work streams on tight timelines, and making things happen without a large team or budget
- A strong writer who can shift between voices and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Comfortable operating without a playbook and building things from scratch
- A bias toward action and shipping
- AI-fluent, excited by how technology is reshaping marketing and expertise

- Base salary range: $100K - $160K, plus significant bonus upside and equity grant
