Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to understand their hardest problems and rapidly build solutions.
  • Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small teams.
  • Whiteboard architecture, build data pipelines and operational workflows, deploy AI agents, advise executives, and drive strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics).
  • Strong coder proficient in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with healthcare, logistics, aviation, or readiness analysis (plus).
  • Familiarity with AI agents, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical/non-technical teams, learn continuously, work independently.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain/upgrade.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
