Finance Manager
Finance Manager partnering with GTM teams on budgeting, sales commissions, KPI dashboards, and FP&A deliverables in a fintech environment. Requires 5+ years experience, CPA license, US GAAP, and Salesforce.
Duties
- Serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth
- Lead annual sales budgeting process and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals
- Support development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed
- Own development of new (and maintenance of existing) company-wide KPI dashboards supporting a data-driven, decision-making culture across all levels of the organization
- Own regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation
- Collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related
- 5 years’ post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as Senior Financial Analyst working in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services industry with US GAAP and Salesforce
- Valid CPA license
