Sr. Director, Product Management
Leads the platform and core product portfolio, including CRM primitives, automation, shared systems, and developer-facing capabilities. The role manages a large Product Management organization and requires extensive product leadership, platform expertise, technical fluency, and experience managing managers.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for platform and core product areas.
- Manage and coach Group Product Managers and Product Managers, cultivating a strong leadership bench and ensuring high performance.
- Serve as the bridge between platform engineering, infrastructure, and product, enabling teams through well-designed interfaces and reusable systems.
- Set quality standards for API design, system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with design, engineering, QA, support, data, and legal to deliver high-quality launches.
- Represent the needs of agencies, sub-accounts, and end contacts in platform and CRM decisions.
- Collaborate with Product leadership to influence organization-wide product strategy, culture, and planning cadences.
- Lead strategic quarterly and annual planning, balancing technical debt, product innovation, and user experience.
- Partner with engineering leadership on architecture and development investment decisions.
Strategic Priorities
- Build an extensible platform with reusable primitives for identity, roles, objects, notifications, and reporting.
- Modernize core CRM capabilities across contacts, companies, tasks, opportunities, and conversations.
- Advance workflow automation and Workflow AI for complex use cases.
- Drive consistent UI, interaction patterns, and product language across product surfaces.
- Improve instrumentation, analytics readiness, and reporting across core products.
- Operationalize product planning, prioritization, execution, and accountability across PMs and APMs.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years managing managers, such as Group Product Managers or Directors.
- Experience scaling platform and core product organizations in fast-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Deep fluency in CRM, automation platforms, or workflow engines, including data models, APIs, and system-level product thinking.
- Experience building internal platforms or developer tools used by multiple product teams.
- Ability to scale organizations, implement processes, and hire and coach high-performing Product Managers.
- Technical fluency sufficient to partner with engineering leaders on infrastructure trade-offs, architecture, and scalability.
- Familiarity with two-tier SaaS, multi-tenant environments, and role-based access control.
- Strong written and asynchronous communication skills across functions and time zones.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with workflow builders, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
- Background in B2B2SMB or agency-led SaaS models.
- Exposure to design systems, shared component libraries, or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with platform performance metrics such as P95 latency, Sentry, and Grafana.
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms such as Stripe, Meta, Google, or TikTok.
