Director, Product Management - Integrations
Leads strategy and growth for Okta’s integration ecosystem, managing a product management team and partnering with customers, ISVs, engineering, and marketing. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise SaaS product management experience and expertise in partner platform experiences.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and growth of Okta’s build integrations through product vision.
- Connect with key partners and customers to distill feature requests and pain points into requirements that deliver broad customer value.
- Develop roadmaps, make tradeoffs, and prioritize high-value work.
- Build hypotheses and validate assumptions at low cost.
- Collaborate with engineering, ISVs, technology partnerships, and marketing teams to launch and drive adoption of integration experience enhancements.
- Work with product, UX, and development scrum teams to deliver integration features and product improvements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify integration needs and inform product strategy, innovation, decisions, prioritization, and roadmaps.
- Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams.
- Use product data to improve existing products and drive adoption and success across the business.
- Track industry trends and develop differentiated solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology product management experience with enterprise-scale SaaS products.
- Experience building or managing the user experience of partners joining, engaging with, and building on an enterprise software platform.
- Strong leadership, presentation, verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Track record of owning and delivering large strategic projects.
- Demonstrated business results from shipped products, features, or capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to create action plans from incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
- Passion for Okta’s opportunity and a strong desire to learn across business and technical contexts.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with identity and access management platforms and security products.
- Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services, particularly partner considerations in the user experience.
- Familiarity with identity and access management protocols and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Advanced degree in a technical or business field; MBA helpful.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week.
