Responsibilities
- Own complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives for Treasury, including standing up an in-house bank, establishing cash forecasting, and supporting capital raises.
- Build Treasury’s AI tooling using Claude to create dashboards and automations.
- Consolidate and optimize banking relationships, including analyzing engagement with banking partners and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Own Treasury’s work integrating M&A acquisitions, including Treasury-related due diligence and integration.
- Establish an operating cadence for accurate and timely completion of Treasury obligations, including debt-related and SOX requirements.
- Design and automate cross-functional deliverables, including Treasury dashboards for the CFO and audit committee materials.
Requirements
- Corporate Treasury experience spanning multiple disciplines, such as cash management, liquidity, banking, debt, investments, or risk.
- Track record of managing and executing complex Treasury-related projects across functions.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and process automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
- 8+ years in Corporate Treasury across multiple disciplines.
- Experience designing or operating an in-house bank, treasury center, or comparable centralized treasury structure.
- Direct experience with bank relationship management and bank fee analysis, including fee structures and service pricing.
- Treasury integration experience in a merger or acquisition.
- Experience supporting capital raises.
- Experience at a rapidly scaling company where Treasury processes had to be rebuilt.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range: $300,000–$385,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
