Responsibilities
Systems Ownership & Operations
- Support the day-to-day operations, configuration, and continuous improvement of Rokt’s core business and finance systems including NetSuite.
- Manage system access, security roles, and user provisioning across core systems and platforms.
- Help maintain clean, reliable data and support controls across core workflows.
- Document system processes, support procedures, and common troubleshooting steps so teams can engage with core systems more effectively.
- Monitor systems issues and partner with senior team members, vendors, IT, or engineering to resolve them.
AI & Automation
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, testing, data review, workflow design, and automation.
- Identify repeatable manual processes and help prototype practical improvements.
- Support automation initiatives across financial and cross-functional systems and workflows.
- Learn and apply low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted development practices where appropriate.
- Track and report on automation ROI.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Security & People team to support cross functional workflows, systems integrations between adjacent systems and ensure seamless data flows.
- Help translate business process needs into clear system requirements, documentation, and support plans.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or business systems, consulting, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in finance technology, automation and AI-assisted ways of working.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, system exports/imports, and structured problem-solving.
- Basic familiarity with APIs, scripting, SQL, JavaScript, or low-code tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
- Clear communicator who can document processes and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Curious, practical builder mindset: you like finding gaps, learning new systems, and improving how work gets done.
Compensation
Target total compensation ranges from $157,000 - $214,000, including a fixed annual salary of $140,000 - $174,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
