About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new partners who fit the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP).
  • Manage and vet partner-sourced leads before passing to Channel Account Managers.
  • Join partners on initial discovery calls as product subject matter expert.
  • Train partner sales teams on pitching product, handling objections, and identifying opportunities.
  • Help partners utilize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for webinars/events.
  • Generate SQLs and revenue by calling into partners' customer bases or accounts.
  • Assist partners in growing FinQuery customer portfolio through business development.
  • Attend partner webinars and trade shows to represent brand and capture leads.
  • Manage mix of leads (40% marketing-provided, 60% self-generated outbound).
  • Participate in training program with virtual learning, role-plays, and practice.
  • Maintain high activity levels and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Overcome objections through communication and listening skills.
  • Collaborate with team to support revenue-generating deals.
  • Engage prospects via cold outreach on lease accounting challenges.
  • Research prospects to set meetings with decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years professional experience in outbound development.
  • Previous cold-calling experience.
  • Proven track record generating SQLs and driving B2B revenue.
  • Ability to build rapport, uncover needs, and establish value.
  • Positivity, solutions-oriented in fast-paced environment.
