About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the field marketing calendar including dinners, lunches, in-office meetups, conferences, and satellite events.
  • Run the full event lifecycle: venue and vendor sourcing, contracts, invites, registration, on-site execution.
  • Execute pre- and post-event campaign motions to maximize attendance, engagement, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Partner with sales and exec leadership to build guest lists, create targets and pipeline goals.
  • Track attendance, pipeline influence, and qualitative event success metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity, with expertise in partner marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Track record running large conference programs (RSA, Black Hat, Re:Invent, KubeCon, or similar) as a vendor.
  • Sharp eye for detail (menu, signage, lighting, name tags, vibe).
  • Occasional domestic travel to support events.
