What You’ll Be Working On
Corporate Accounting Ownership: Own key corporate accounting areas, including expense accruals, reconciliations, accounts payable and complex balance sheet and P&L accounts.
Close Management: Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely results in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Process Automation: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and close efficiency using modern finance tools.
Internal Controls & SOX: Ensure strong internal controls over financial reporting, including control design, documentation, and remediation of deficiencies.
Audit Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the relationship and ensuring audit readiness.
Team Development: Lead and develop a team of corporate accounting professionals, providing oversight, coaching, and performance management.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA are required.
Experience: 8+ years of prior work experience; public accounting experience is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting.
Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Builder Mindset: Proven success in creating efficiencies, systems, and controls in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Industry Context: Experience with manufacturing, complex legal/reporting structures experience is a significant plus.
Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Compensation: Compensation will be paid in the range of $105,000 - $125,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
