Responsibilities
- Build real-time collaboration and canvas tooling, including WebGL2/WebGPU node-based tools and CRDTs.
- Ship durable execution for long-running workflows and public APIs with OpenAPI documentation generated from Zod schemas.
- Contribute to Python ML inference on GPU clusters and the multi-cloud Kubernetes setup as needed.
- Own cross-service metrics, tracing, and observability for shipped features.
- Take ownership end-to-end, from idea through launch and measurement of impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Significant experience with Svelte or React; this is not a pure backend role.
- Strong first-principles thinking and product sense.
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong creative judgment and a well-developed point of view on creative work.
Nice to Have
- Python, PyTorch, or GPU-backed ML inference experience.
- A background in design, art, architecture, or a similar creative field.
