Writes and edits product documentation for end users and administrators while collaborating with UX, engineering, and product teams. Requires at least two years of technical writing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technical content tools such as MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, and Visio.

Responsibilities
- Write and edit HTML- and PDF-based product content for end-user and administrator audiences.
- Collaborate with the SecurID User Experience Design team to create customer-focused content.
- Learn products through hands-on installation, configuration, and feature testing.
- Work with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional agile teams.
- Seek customer input and advocate for users.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of technical communication best practices.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, Visio, and other technical content development tools.
- Bachelor's degree or completion of a university program in Technical Writing, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous cybersecurity experience.
