Senior Advisor, Customer/Technical Training
Designs and develops scalable digital learning experiences, eLearning, labs, simulations, and enablement resources for RSA’s cybersecurity and identity solutions. The role requires instructional design expertise, technical learning ability, stakeholder collaboration, and familiarity with modern authoring and AI-assisted content tools.

Responsibilities
Learning Experience Design
- Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences for RSA customers, partners, and employees.
- Create learning journeys combining self-paced learning, hands-on labs, knowledge assessments, performance support, and certification readiness.
- Apply learner-centered design, adult learning principles, and learning experience design practices.
- Design experiences for multiple personas, roles, use cases, and skill levels.
- Improve content using learner feedback, learning analytics, assessments, and business outcomes.
Digital Content Development
- Develop technical eLearning courses, guided simulations, tutorials, videos, microlearning, scenario-based exercises, and interactive resources.
- Design and maintain hands-on lab exercises for RSA solutions.
- Translate technical knowledge, product releases, and field insights into effective digital learning experiences with subject matter experts.
- Use AI-powered content development tools for drafting, maintenance, quality reviews, accessibility checks, and localization support.
- Keep learning content accurate, scalable, accessible, and aligned with product releases and customer needs.
Learning Technologies and Enablement
- Use authoring tools, LMS platforms, video tools, simulation tools, AI, and digital learning technologies.
- Contribute to content governance, standards, templates, and continuous improvement practices.
- Explore learning technologies and recommend improvements to learner engagement, content quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Documentation, and subject matter experts.
- Provide technical guidance and peer support when needed.
Facilitation Support
- Facilitate virtual or instructor-led technical sessions when required.
- Support train-the-trainer, internal enablement, and partner readiness initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, instructional technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Ability to learn complex technical concepts and translate them into clear learner experiences.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, authentication technologies, networking, and enterprise software.
- Excellent written communication, content development, and visual organization skills.
- Experience designing digital learning experiences, eLearning content, or technical enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, learning experience design, and adult learning principles.
- Experience developing self-paced learning, interactive digital content, assessments, and learner support resources.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar content creation tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted content development, workflow automation, or productivity tools.
- Experience designing technical hands-on labs, simulations, certification-readiness content, or role-based learning paths.
- Familiarity with RSA ID Plus, RSA Governance & Lifecycle, authentication, MFA, passwordless technologies, identity security, or related cybersecurity technologies.
- Knowledge of learning measurement frameworks and data-driven content optimization.
- French, German, Spanish, or Italian language skills.
