Responsibilities
- Keep highly available systems highly available by designing, monitoring, and improving infrastructure for processing mortgage transactions.
- Make developers more productive by building tooling to address slow builds, flaky tests, and painful deploys.
- Maintain code quality, teach best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Fight fires and prevent them by fixing issues and building reliable systems and practices.
- Work with instant feedback from engineering teammates.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $140,000/yr to $220,000/yr + Equity + Benefits
