Senior Product Designer - Specialty Travel
Senior product designer responsible for simplifying complex B2B Specialty Travel workflows through end-to-end UX architecture and UI design. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for Specialty Travel workstreams, from discovery, logic mapping, and user flows through final UI and developer-ready documentation.
- Translate complex business requirements and dense data into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system across web and mobile, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Present design concepts through clear narratives that explain the user journey and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Use user research and product analytics to validate design decisions.
- Facilitate design rituals and collaboration across global teams and time zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX architecture, logic, edge cases, user flows, and UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and components.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows, including Figma AI-assisted features, prototyping tools, and large language models.
- Proven experience shipping impactful B2B or B2B2C products.
- Technical fluency across web and mobile constraints, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Iterative approach and comfort with fast feedback cycles.
- Strong communication and asynchronous collaboration skills.

- Travel industry experience or a strong interest in travel.
- Experience designing an AI solution.
