About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for complex technical products and audiences.
- Act as a design advocate, upleveling existing design systems for consistency and scalability.
- Mentor the design team and establish Stytch’s design culture.
- Partner closely with engineering and product to deliver incredible product experiences.
- Build experiences that delight developers and make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Leverage user understanding to prioritize impactful work.
- Identify pain points and design solutions to advance design culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience working on developer tools.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Ability to translate, define, and deliver simple yet powerful design solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a startup environment.
Compensation
Expected base salary $175,000 - $205,000 (not inclusive of equity, health care insurance, time off, paid parental leave, etc.). Actual compensation determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
