Enterprise Sales Leader
Leads a team of Account Executives to drive enterprise sales, new customer acquisition, and revenue expansion for Notion's AMER region. Requires 3+ years sales leadership experience, proven track record, and ability to build sales playbooks in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives, managing daily operations, setting performance expectations, and fostering a high-achievement culture.
- Partner with Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Development teams for territory mapping and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to onboard customers and refine the customer journey.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Commercial leadership to define Ideal Customer Profile and drive customer-first mentality.
- Build foundations of Sales at Notion, including sales-assisted motions.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a direct sales leader/manager in Enterprise/Strategic Accounts.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets individually and across teams.
- Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong leadership skills focused on empowerment, collaboration, and inspiration.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pace of early-stage startups.
- Growth mindset, high EQ, analytical problem-solving, customer empathy, and understanding of recurring revenue models.
- Curious about AI tools.

Compensation
Estimated total on-target earnings (base + incentive): $350,000 - $400,000 per year (San Francisco or New York City).
