Core Responsibilities
- Focus on key industry or geography to exceed quarterly revenue and logo targets
- Own full sales cycle for strategic, high-value accounts from outreach to closing
- Understand client needs and position AI-driven MarTech solutions
- Lead customer discovery on priorities, use cases, and value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on use case/value roadmaps
- Serve as primary customer contact across all levels
- Hands-on with Typeface product throughout sales and post-sales
- Agile collaborator across sales, marketing, product functions
- Voice of customer for success and product roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in direct B2B Strategic AI or MarTech sales
- Experience in rapidly evolving startup or growth-stage company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or similar
- In-depth understanding of AI or MarTech products/solutions
- Strong industry/geography customer relationships and references
- Track record exceeding quarterly targets (e.g., Presidents Club)
- Excellent cross-company/customer collaboration
- Strong problem solver, self-starter, organized, proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
OTE Ranges:
- Level 1: $265,000-$290,000
- Level 2: $290,000-$315,000
- Level 3: $315,000-$340,000
- Level 4: $340,000-$350,000
