Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of 4-7 individuals through effective recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and performance management
- Build amazing, delightful products that win the market
- Work with Product Managers to define the roadmaps
- Plan and drive project execution
- Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience
- Assist with sales and customer calls
- Review and oversee technical design documentation and decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of remote engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance
- 5+ years of work experience in a Software Engineering role, with proven technical leadership skills and expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions
- Proficient in agile team software development and strong Project Management, delivering complex projects within defined timelines and resource constraints
- Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, communicating effectively, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals
- Passionate about technology, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
