About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing and coaching a team of engineers building tools, pipelines, and workflows including CI/CD, local/preview dev environments, code review tooling, and AI coding infrastructure.
- Providing technical leadership on developer productivity, paved paths, and AI-assisted engineering, supporting architectural decisions for code writing, review, and shipping.
- Collaborating with engineers and leadership to create a roadmap for DevEx vision focused on developer productivity and satisfaction in an AI-first world.
- Building and fostering a high-bar team culture, treating internal engineers as customers whose feedback drives development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience.
- Proven track record leading high-output teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Nice-To-Have
- 1+ years of experience with a blockchain based product.
Compensation
- Target base salary: $220,000 - $250,000 plus equity and benefits.
