Engagement Manager (Germany), Public Sector
Leads customer delivery for Scale AI's public sector engagements in Germany. Manages relationships, scopes agentic workflow use cases, and drives cross-functional execution with an active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from the executive to the end user
- Be forward deployed in Germany with customers to scope agentic workflow use cases that Scale’s engineering team will build and refine
- Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on and exceed the customer's AI/ML objectives
- Lead with a “whatever-it-takes” mentality, proactively identifying customer needs and operator pain points to ensure customer success
- Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years of work experience succeeding in stakeholder management or a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-scale applications/solutions
- Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving
- Basic understanding of GenAI/ML
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to initially travel 50% of the time to Germany and ultimately relocate there
Nice-to-Haves
- 10+ years of professional experience, often in a customer-facing technical program management role in industry or government
- Technical background (education or professional experience with computer science, economics, statistics, engineering)
- Proven track record in B2B client-facing roles and expanding client relationships
- Prior experience owning the technical implementation of solutions to the government
- Domain expertise in a relevant field (e.g. modeling and simulation, joint planning, intelligence workflows)
Senior Developer Success Engineer
Senior Developer Success Engineer working directly with developers to debug infrastructure issues, optimize cloud performance, and enhance reliability for Temporal users. Requires 6+ years experience with Kubernetes, observability tools, and customer-facing roles.
Customer Education Program Manager
Own customer education end-to-end: build courses, playbooks, and recordings that translate complex Ashby workflows into practical learning experiences. Requires deep Ashby fluency and hands-on content creation skills.
Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Serve as a financial technology advisor to Brex’s largest enterprise customers, owning account strategy, driving adoption and retention, and partnering with CFOs and finance teams to maximize platform value.
