Email & Marketing Data Specialist
Manage bidirectional Salesforce-HubSpot data sync, build complex automated workflows and drip campaigns, enforce data integrity, and create advanced segmentation for email marketing. Requires 5-8 years experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM integrations.
What you will do
Manage Salesforce–HubSpot Data Sync
Own the bidirectional data sync between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring leads, stages, and contact activity are accurately reflected across both systems at all times.
Build Automated Workflows & Drip Campaigns
Create and implement complex automated workflows and drip campaigns within HubSpot, leveraging Salesforce opportunity stages and custom object fields to trigger personalized content based on prospect journey and account status.
Architect Multi-Step Automations
Design, maintain, and optimize multi-step automation workflows driven by Salesforce object updates (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Custom Objects) to trigger HubSpot actions including email sends, enrollment, suppression, and branching logic.
Enforce Data Integrity
Develop and enforce data validation rules, field-mapping schemas, and sync logic to prevent duplication and maintain database integrity at scale.
Troubleshoot Integration Issues
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot API sync errors, integration logs, and workflow audit histories to diagnose systemic issues in record updates, field mismatches, sync delays, or permission-related failures.
Build Advanced Segmentation
Create precision-targeted segments using a combination of Salesforce report criteria and HubSpot behavioral data (events, timestamps, scoring attributes) for complex campaigns and automated journeys.
Manage Data Lifecycle
Own enrichment, deduplication, archival, and sunset automation processes to ensure long-term data quality and compliance within both platforms.
Build Content Pathways
Design conditional branching and content pathways that deliver the right message at the right time based on CRM and behavioral signals.
Maintain Workflow Version Control
Implement workflow version control to ensure updates to triggers, enrollment criteria, and dependencies do not disrupt active marketing and sales processes.
