Senior Validation Engineer
The Senior Validation Engineer develops and executes automotive system and integration tests using HIL benches, vehicles, and automated Python tooling. The role requires a master’s degree in an engineering discipline and at least one year of automotive test engineering experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and execute test cases based on system requirements using HIL test benches, Lab Cars, and manual vehicle testing.
- Execute integration tests across automotive systems, including infotainment, telematics, cameras, sensors, and networking components.
- Set up and configure HIL test environments and validate system performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve test failures.
- Collaborate with OEM customers to integrate OEM functions and communicate test results and issues.
- Perform manual tests on vehicles and prototypes to verify functional requirements.
- Write Python scripts for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Test Engineer with an automotive company.
- At least 1 year of experience using the listed automotive testing, communication, automation, and development tools and protocols.
