Your Day to Day
Work cross-functionally to develop reliable, high-quality products
Develop circuits and PCB designs including power, high-speed digital, RF, and networking circuits
Be involved in all steps of the electrical engineering process, from establishing design specifications to product launch, including validation and sustaining efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements, specifications, and validation plans
Support design compliance with EMI/EMC and applicable regulatory requirements
Generate electrical schematics, layout exports, drawings, and BOMs for PCBAs, and manage ECOs in the PLM system
Perform electrical failure investigations by gathering data and using root cause analysis techniques
Work with Project Managers to clearly communicate status updates, challenges, and timing impacts
Help develop best practices for reliability and quality of electrical subsystems
Support the broader product development lifecycle by providing electrical engineering expertise
Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field with 3+ years of industry experience in product development (consumer/industrial), sustaining, or technology exploration in Robotics, Networking, Sensing, IoT, or related fields
Strong understanding of best practices for circuit design, including multi-layer PCBs, high-speed signaling, RF, and embedded systems
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer)
Experience designing and implementing solutions that integrate electrical and mechanical components
Working knowledge of signal acquisition and analysis tools such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, data loggers, and spectrum analyzers
Hands-on experience in PCB bring-up, debugging, and validation, including the ability to rework SMT/TH components
Familiarity with DFM and DFT as they relate to PCBA design and component selection
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance (e.g., FCC, CE, UL)
Working knowledge of firmware development (C/C++); PLC programming is a plus
Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented approach to problem solving and knowledge generation
Experience working in rapidly growing and scaling companies is a plus
Ability to be in the office 3+ days per week

Pay Range: $108,800–$140,800 USD (base salary)
