Front End Engineer, Marketing
Build and maintain interactive marketing websites, design-system components, data visualizations, CMS workflows, and internal content tools. The role requires modern React-based frontend experience, strong CSS, headless CMS expertise, rapid prototyping ability, and close collaboration with design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Implement design system components and page templates across web properties, including interactive pages, data visualizations, and information tools.
- Maintain and improve headless CMS content modeling, structured-data workflows, and publishing experiences.
- Collaborate with designers to translate static designs into polished, interactive web experiences.
- Build internal tools for authoring, managing, and publishing content at scale.
- Contribute to migrations and site architecture projects.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and improve tooling and workflows.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling.
- Strong CSS skills for complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, content modeling, and structured-data workflows.
- Experience building internal tools or improving team workflows.
- Ability to prototype quickly and iterate from concepts to working proofs of concept.
- Clear communication with designers and engineers.
- Production web development experience at a mid-level scope.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Interest in generative or programmatic design.
- Familiarity with localization or internationalization systems.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary: $300,000–$320,000 USD.
