About the role
Responsibilities
Own the provider lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, activation, QBR, and renewal, with defined stage gates, owners, and SLAs.
Design and maintain the provider tiering framework that determines provider classification, benefits, and obligations.
Build scalable systems, including templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated provider communications.
Execute coordinated, program-wide changes such as re-papering providers, launching tiers, and rolling out compliance attestations.
Operate the Model Provider Early Access Program (MPEAP) and verified/certified provider tracks.
Maintain an auditable compliance cadence for SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations.
Run team reviews, reporting, and the operating cadence.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security to unblock providers and deliver program improvements.
Requirements
Experience building and operating programs or strategy at a large, complex organization.
Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to turn recurring work into repeatable, automatable processes.
Experience driving cross-functional operations across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security without formal authority.
High ownership, strong execution, and a bias toward shipping in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written communication skills, including creating clear documentation, playbooks, and communications.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including model labs, inference providers, and provider onboarding and certification.
