Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable, horizontally scalable distributed systems.
- Build full-stack enterprise solutions integrating messy systems, orchestrating complex workflows, and applying AI to business operations.
- Own end-to-end product execution from ideation through deployment.
- Collaborate with teammates and customers to gather feedback, refine features, and evolve user-centric products.
- Deliver robust, reliable, user-facing software at scale.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of either Rust or C++.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, horizontally scalable distributed systems.
- Knowledge of service observability and reliability best practices.
- Experience operating databases such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and CockroachDB.
Nice-to-haves
- Expert knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of gRPC, including unary, response streaming, bidirectional streaming, and REST mapping.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
- Track record of delivering user-facing software at scale.
