What you'll do
Deliver end-to-end venue sourcing solutions for new and existing accounts, serving as a trusted advisor in this specialist domain.
Provide a premium, high-touch venue-finding service tailored to the unique objectives of key clients.
Build collaborative partnerships across Navan, sharing industry-leading insights on event venues and service providers to align clients' strategic event objectives.
Build effective working relationships and maintain regular communication with key individuals across all areas of the business.
Continually improve and update own product knowledge through targeted activities and attendance of FAM trips, presentations and site visits.
Promote a professional image of Navan Events to all clients and suppliers.
Maximize all income opportunities and actively conscious of preferred partners’ commission rates, securing and negotiating enhanced levels wherever possible.
Immerse yourself in allocated client brand and culture through understanding of their marketplace and their competitors.
Support the wider Navan Events Team by providing them with new and existing leads within your client portfolio.
Maintains complete project documentation to ensure contract and documentation policy compliance (i.e., service agreements, invoice receipts, etc.).
Attend all relevant meetings, both internal and external, participating and contributing as necessary.
Training in all relevant Navan Systems.
What we're looking for
1+ Years meeting or event planning experience preferred.
Professional oral and written communication skills required.
Proficient Google/MS Suite skills along with the technical aptitude to learn new technology.
Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating a commitment to resolving urgent matters promptly and efficiently.
Possesses an empathetic disposition and consistently maintains a professional attitude.
Prior experience in effectively handle multiple projects/demands.
Ability to negotiate positive outcomes.
Knowledge of Cvent preferred.
