Responsibilities
Partner with team members to identify process gaps and build or improve systems that increase team efficiency.
Document tools and processes so they can be maintained and scaled beyond the internship.
Build and automate event-performance reporting by aggregating historical sponsored-event data to support marketing investment decisions and real-time reporting.
Develop an internal speaker-management tool tracking speaker availability, expertise, location, and usage history across in-person events and webinars.
Support planning, logistics, and execution for field events and webinars during the fall term.
Analyze event and campaign performance data to identify trends, high-performing programs, and actionable recommendations for future investment.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional work.
Experience building tools, dashboards, or automated workflows to solve real-world problems.
Strong analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets, business-intelligence tools, or data-visualization platforms.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for the full 12-week fall internship, from September 28 through December 18, 2026.
Ability to work from the Austin, TX office 3–5 days per week.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in event marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing-automation platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo.
