Lead a team of Portfolio Analytics Architects, in addition to performing projects as a "player/coach". Ensure the team has proper objectives, goals, and metrics to drive success by meeting Addepar’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment. Identify and drive opportunities to improve our current processes and tools to better streamline, scale, and automate workflows. Develop employees using a performance management process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution. Provide effective performance feedback through consistent 1:1s, semi-annual performance reviews, and career development planning. Plan staffing levels and work with recruiting staff to recruit, interview, select, and hire an appropriate number of employees. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback from your team.
Lead the data validation process end-to-end with the client and internal projects teams. Develop scalable data analytics processes for validation in Databricks. Write custom Python logic to detect large-scale data anomalies and automate remediation. Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation.
Lead internal management and strategic initiatives to grow the Data Analytics practice. Amplify the mandate of the team and help execute on the team strategy.
