Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer
Own and improve the company’s internal IT infrastructure, identity, endpoints, networking, security, and automation while serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues. Requires 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, macOS and Windows administration, Google Workspace, endpoint management, and fluency in English and Hungarian.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously improve internal IT infrastructure and scalable IT processes.
- Automate provisioning, onboarding, device lifecycle management, and operational workflows.
- Own user lifecycles, SSO, identity management, RBAC, least-privilege access, and access governance.
- Manage MacBook and Windows endpoints using modern MDM platforms; define secure baselines, compliance policies, deployment workflows, and endpoint hardening standards.
- Design, maintain, monitor, and optimize secure office networking; troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
- Own vulnerability management, patching, backups, disaster recovery, security monitoring, and compliance support.
- Administer and secure Google Workspace, including users, groups, permissions, and collaboration tools.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and networking issues.
- Manage IT vendors, procurement, renewals, technical escalations, documentation, and operational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing modern IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on administration of macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and Zero Trust principles.
- Strong Google Workspace administration experience.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Jamf and/or Microsoft Intune.
- Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of endpoint security, hardening, vulnerability management, and patch management.
- Experience designing scalable IT processes and automating operational workflows.
- Ability to balance strategic infrastructure work with hands-on operational support.
- Fluent English and Hungarian.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Scripting and automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Experience with Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 security frameworks.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
