What You’ll Do
- Elevate the design of our web and mobile app experience across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and other teams.
- Hold an incredibly high standard for quality and craft, focusing on pixel-perfection, microinteractions, and motion design.
- Innovate by pushing boundaries of UI and UX while keeping it intuitive and engaging for users.
What You’ll Need
- Experience crafting delightful consumer design, demonstrated in your portfolio.
- Bias for action and ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
- Expertise in Figma (bonus: animated prototypes, building/maintaining design system components).
- Love of music is a huge plus.
