Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Supports Sales and GTM teams by managing ticketing, users, onboarding, Salesforce processes, FP&A updates, and data quality. The role requires at least two years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company, with Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities
- Own the field ticketing system and provide first-line support to field teams.
- Manage end-of-month and end-of-quarter FP&A updates.
- Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for field and GTM teams.
- Own the cadence for refreshing internal documentation.
- Assist with reviewing and optimizing Salesforce page layouts, including fields, validations, and workflows for accounts, leads, and contacts.
- Manage users within the technology stack.
- Assist with scoping, testing, and rolling out new system processes.
- Participate in fiscal-year planning activities.
- Review new accounts, leads, and contacts to ensure data is accurate, standardized, and non-duplicative.
- Support Sales Operations and GTM Operations teams with ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Experience working for a high-growth software or SaaS company.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce account, contact, and lead objects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a builder mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including building AI-assisted workflows.

- Canada: CA$128,100–CA$178,100 plus equity.
- United States: $92,400–$132,00 plus equity.
